Our rental had 3 large bedroon, comfortable beds, 3 barhs, 1st floor with patio, kitcgen, large living and dining room and washer/dryer. Property Manager Louis, Cloud 9,, exceptionally accomodating.”

“We loved the property. Even though it's a little dated on the outside, it's spacious, clean and fully equipped. I like how the bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Dillon is not the greatest location for excellent food, in my opinion, so it was nice to have a fully stocked, clean kitchen. We loved the beautiful view and the comfortable seating. Wonderful stay!”

“We chose this property primarily for its location, as we attended a concert across the street at the Dillon Amphitheater (Alison Kraus and Union Station), and wanted to bike, hike, dine, and paddle all without ever having to get in our cars! It was perfect for this and we spent the majority of our time sitting on the deck looking over the reservior and the mountains. We could hear every, lovely note of the concert the next night from our patio too--free concert! It was peacful and quiet...
