“An idyllic classic space with tatami mat floors and traditional layout rooms with modern effects. This place was amazing and made up for our short stay where it was cloudy the entire time so we didn’t see Mt Fujis peak.

“Ett bra japanskt hotell. Trevlig personal och en ok japansk frukostbuffé. Lite konstigt att de vill att man ska lämna rummet mellan 10 och 15 för städning men det var inget problem för oss. Enkelt att ta sig runt med antingen tåg eller buss från stationer nära hotellet för att ta turer runt Fuji. Bra utsikt över Fuji vid fint väder.”

"The staff was not shy of attempting to utilize English while helping foreign visitors, which was a great help when my Japanese couldn't help. The staff working in the restaurant, both during breakfast and dinner, were incredibly helpful, kind, and forthcoming when trying to converse. The homely feel of the room could be felt by these staff members, making the stay feel cozy throughout. Not only was the staff kind, but the elegance and taste of the food elevated the experience by miles. Thank you so much for the experience."
"What a wonderful place! It had everything we needed and more. It was so cool to have a telescope on the balcony! The hosts really thought of everything: a starlight lamp in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, an electric barbecue, and an onsen with a view of Mt. Fuji – we could just sit there and stare. The hotel is about 200 meters from the bus stop for Odawara, and there’s a Seven‑Eleven right across the street. I would definitely return without hesitation."
