Bathroom fan hanging out of ceiling, broken bathroom door handle, dirt in corners of room and bathroom as well as dead mosquito type bugs on bathroom ceiling. There was hair in one bed that didn’t belong to us as well as stains on couch.”

“Our stay wasnt great first room had a bad odor, we moved to a different room and they charged me more because of hot tub didnt want a hot tub just wanted a tub.Very dirty they only put clean sheets on shower was full of hair and walls were horrible.”

“the English style decor and the reading room/lounge, bedroom. Only issue is that this place is not for someone who has stair climbing issues or elderly as all room access is 2-3 floors. No buffet breakfast (which is great) because the daily planned options were amazing, just what a healthy good breakfast should be to start the day. Our stay was made comfortable by Cyrus who checked us in, explained everything and also was available for any other things. And Kaitlin for making our breakfasts...

“I am not sure what to say. March break here in Ontario and I like to take my grandchildren for an overnight at a hotel and a swim, just some downtime with them. So disappointed. The pool was so cold. We were only in it for about 10 minutes and then the two of them had to go in the shower for 15 to warm up.
