“Loved this property. It was gorgeous and the room very spacious and well-appointed. Set in quiet residential setting. There was however absolutely no management present on the property the entire visit and when I tried to contact them through two different phone numbers about a late checkout there was no response. Then I received a text from a different phone number (the cleaner, I think) saying my key was not in the location it was supposed to be at checkout time. She was very kind and...
“Bed and sheets were amazing. Loved the heated toilet seat and shower & that all amenities were provided and plentiful… shampoo lotion. Nespresso machine and water was a nice touch as well. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant, Bellini. One of the best meals and service we’ve had. The staff was very friendly. Grazie! ”
