“We checked in and there was a deposit that you had to put down for their snack area. Didn’t know anything about it. I paid it right a way, but when I checked out, I have to wait 3-5 days to get it back. The pool was dirty, it needed to be skimmed out and brushed.”

“First night after arriving late to San Antonio after a long flight from Europe. Conveniant with a motell enough close to the airport. The motell provided with beds for a nights sleep and a simpel breakfast. An advuce is to be early for breakfast as they hardly put out new food when it was finished. As expected and value for the money we paid for the motell.”

“Breakfast the eggs, bacon briskets was cold . the juices machine was not working. the equipment to Toste was not working. the parking was good clean rooms but the cart to transport the loges there was only one but it was not on the front desk we have to carry our luges in 3 trios. ”

“Property was fine, there were cops at the motel 6 next door when we pulled up. Front desk worker was quick, we didn’t talk much. Booked a king bed, got two full beds. The room condition was less than average-dirty, stains on appliances, shower basin brown, toilet clamps broken off. Appliances like microwave, lights, outlets, fridge worked. The pillows are so uncomfortable, I would recommend you bring your own. If you want a quick one night stay it’s fine but if you’re staying for longer I feel...

“The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee.”

“Front area seemed clean. However, sidewalk was broken & the stairs to the unit were dirty with trash everywhere. The unit floors were sticky & dirty (it looked like the tried to sweep, but stuff is stuck to the floor & corners had trash). The shower ceiling was coming apart & both towels had stains. Would not stay here again.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible ”

“When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!”

“I stayed on the 3rd floor. The traffic was super loud. My friend on the 7th floor said they couldn't hear the traffic. The AC vents were closer to the bathroom nook area, not close to the bed. The AC kept turning off all night and the room did not stay cool. Older hotel, bathtub was peeling. The lobby/room had a weird scent. The beds were comfy like usual Westin. Pools and gym were nice.”
