Both bank and boat fishing is permitted with valid licenses. The reservoir provides good fishing for largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish.

*There will be an additional charge of 500 dollars per Day/per night for each unauthorized guest or visitor ( not on the reservation ) or any guest/visitor that does not provide their ID prior to check-in/entry. If any of the above house rules are broken, the host can cancel the reservation at her discretion and her cancellation policy will be upheld.

** If a physical key is needed because of a smart key code lockout, guest will be charged the cost of the lost physical key rekeying estimate of 200.

* Full trash bags go into the silver galvanized cans on the bottom deck of the suite. I will put the larger trash cans on the curb upon request and/or as needed (once a week) on trash day only due to HOA rules
*By booking this listing (The safety of guest is a priority)! guest are agreeing to allow the host or a licensed/bonded company
To put salt down for snow/ice and/or shovel as needed.
*For safety reasons: If it snows/ice is on the ground, guest/visitors will need to enter/exit the listing by using the lower level suite entrance only.
*Do not move the wooden stand that the microwave sits on. (This would stain/damage the countertop and require repair/replacement at the cost of the guest per quote). *If booking for longer than two weeks, guest are authorizing the host to rinse down the driveway, walkway, and stairs leading to the front door (one time) per HOA rules/violations. Also, it’s not necessary in the winter months when temperatures reach below freezing.
*The host is authorized to fix exterior HOA violations/mow if needed. The above HOA requirements do not require access to the house but require access into the gate.
*The host is authorized to shut off the main valve and drain exterior pipes if upcoming temperatures risk freezing pipes. This would require quick entry into the gate. The host would communicate this before entering the gate.
