âNice hotel but false advertising with "electric car friendly".
I arrived at the hotel with 15% left in my car. the hotel only had four (three working) 8 kw chargers. You had to walk into the reception and ask them to start the charger. You are only allowed to charge for four hours meaning that the car could only charge up to 44%.
This is the worst experience I've had with a hotel that claims to have an EV charger. â
âThe hotel is ever so peaceful, good place to stay if you want to relax and remove yourself from city noise. Special shout out to Marian on reception and Rob from the spa. Amazing people, great chat and very welcoming, they will be the reason I come back again :)â
âA wonderful gem in a stunning location. The pub is great, the accommodation comfortable and good value. The food we had was lovely from a menu with good variety.
The owners and staff were friendly and helpful.

âLooks can be deceptive. I needed an overnight stay on my way to London and booked a night's stay in this pub with rooms. Easy to park and had a warm friendly welcome and offered a decent sized room well appointed and clean. No food was available, however, only a short walk from several other pubs serving food and good restaurants who can look after you. âThe Banbury Cross B&B puts a number of hotel chains to shame, from being greeted by the host through to the facilities and breakfast. Great place to stay, slept like a log and was fully refreshed for the drive down to Kidlington for work. Highly recommend this B&B.â
