“A good and clean hotel like 40 minutes outside downtown D.C. If you want a fairly priced real hotel close to D.C this is a really good choice. Had the unfortune to be wakened by the fire alarm at 6 am, but at least I got a head start on the morning traffic. The breakfast is not very good, but American standard. “I booked a room there because I was traveling with three kids and I needed a pool, 3 PM check in and a balcony room. I got none of the above when I showed up at 2:55. And if I wanted the balcony room that I booked I would’ve had to wait longer to get a room with three exhausted kids who just drove six hours so I submitted to the room without the balcony. Then I found out the pool wasn’t open. It was difficult for me to keep kids occupied there. For me it wasn’t the most pleasant stay. I did get...

“Good location and staffs very friendly & helpful. The breakfast were awesome and plenty varities. Very clean dinning place and feel good vibe around. Parking was plenty and definitely stay back there, if travel to south VA again. Overall vary satisfactory stay there with family.”

“The staff was extremely rude and overbearing. They told me my sister whom checked in with me could no longer stay in the room because I wasn't there as u had to drive back to Philly the next day . Its the most ridiculous and unacceptable to treat customers as you do.”

“Clean but a dump. Sheets, bathroom and floors were clean but structurally it was a dump. Mildew on the ceiling, tub surface peeling and stained, toilet barely flushed. They are doing construction which is understandable but not mentioned and of course was loud. It's not a horrible hotel but for a similar price, I could have found better. Hotels are subjective but I'd say this was the bottom tier of what I'd consider acceptable.”
