sorry your camping trip was disrupted by bad weather you booked a double bed to be sheared by you two grown darters when for a little more you could have booked a twin room.You asked for cups which i promptly supplied so if you needed more toilet roles then you could have asked and i would have gladly given you as much as you needed we are a quite hotel on the edge of the beautiful village Blyth with its numerous restaurants and bars and a well stocked village shop on the A1M rooms are cleaned and linen change with fresh supplied to us by the same laundry that supplies the holiday inn hotels. Some rooms were being cleaned At end of cleaning the corridor is cleared.but You say you left in 10 minutes without informing me. all fire exits are clearly marked and open by single action we only use 15 rooms the wings not being used are locked and secured and there is no need for you to enter The room with the light bulbs not working replaced next morning and you were upgraded to a larger room free of charge Check in and check out times are clear on booking should you require late checkout you must make prior arrangement with the hotel a costs £10 per hour. our prices are a small fraction of other hotels with free parking MANY GUESTS use us time and time again The night you booked 4 other rooms booked and these guests were satisfied on had left to attend a wedding others had left for meals and drinks next time Mrs Robbins you may like to book at a fellow hotel just 2 miles from us they are busy so book in advance and do expect to pay £150 to £200 per room per night WE WISH YOU ALL THE BEST ADAM (GM)

You arrived at 1-30am expecting to check in when you was fully aware that our check in times are 5-30pm to 10pm I don't know any hotel who would allow check in at-------- 1-30am We have many guests that stay with us time and time again However we wish you well Adam GM

We are on the edge of the butifull village Blyth on the A1M with its numerous restorunts and bars Each room has its own bath room.whencentral heating is off we can provide electric heaters .Many guests use us time and time again . You have stayed with us just last month We are a budget hotel next time you may wish to stay in a fellow hotel just 2 miles from us but do expect to pay about £150 per night

Rooms are cleaned PRIOR to giving out to the next guest sir ! If there was no heater in your room why didn’t you ask for one ? I totally disregard your comments and advice you we are one of cheapest accommodations in the area , perhaps that’s why you booked in the first place. There is another budget stay around which I can give you the name if you’d like , but perhaps you’d check the room first to see if it meets with your 5 star approval.

Thank you for your comments we are a budget hotel and you paid a very low rate PLEASE next time book the fellow hotel just 2 miles from us you will be very pleased - book early as they are often full Except to pay for what you get they charge about £200 per night but it will meet your high standards. We are on quit happy as many guests book to stay with us time and time again and last Saturday we were fully booked and had to refuse to accommodate the several people who called us after we were full. Thank you for expressing your feelings You booked room only for the in a budget hotel Hotel 1 There is a notice that clearly states where reception is located. 2.The Hotel operates on the ground floor only. The first floor is private residence 3.The rooms are cleaned and linen changed with fresh linen after each checkout The rooms are ready at the published check-in times 4.At present our restaurants and bars are closed however we are on the edge of the beautiful village Blyth with its lovely restaurants and bars 5.If you expectations are higher next time please book into the hotel just 2 miles from us it is very nice but do expect to pay in the region of £200 per night. We are quite happy serving the people who stay time and time again with us who require a budget hotel and finde our standers and pricing very satisfactory. We wish you all the best ADAM (GM)

Please read details on expedia /hotels. Come site it sates when resection is open and last check in is 10pm plenty of guests come and stay with us time and time again each room is cleaned and bed linen changed on guest departure.

Read the booing site last check in is 10pm hot water is permently on and temperature monitored rooms are cleaned on guest departure and key is left in lock on departure not while room is booked arrived at about 11pm everyone was asleep in their rooms. Please do not come back there are other hotels but you will pay around £100 to £250 per night We wish you all the best

We are a budget hotel by far most of our guests are very satisfied and return time and time again our nearest fellow hotel will be more to your requirement just two miles away and their rates are about £240 per night best wishes

Thank you for your comments We are a budget hotel with beautiful gardens and ample on site parking on the edge of the beautiful village Blyth with its lovely restaurants and bars on the A1M about 10 minutes from Retford, Worksop, Doncaster, and 20 minutes form Rotherham, and 30 minutes from Sheffield approx.

We are on the edge of the beautiful village Blyth with its lovely restaurants and bars on the A1M Next time Perhaps you may like to book into a nearby by hotel just 2 miles from us I'm sure you will be happy their rate is usually £250 per night. Sorry you booked via the booking agents site it clearly sates last check in is 10pm due to Bath over flow noe wall was damp but it had dried out. We really do wish you all the best

bedrooms are made clean and comfortable for guests and there is a protocol we follow to ensure this. There are improvements with regards to modernisation but we are in a recession. There are other hotels in the area.I suggest you call or visit them before booking to see if they live up to your standards so they can be spared any baseless complaints
