“The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the restaurants were all very good. We were fortunate to be able to get an early check in showing up way before the normal check in time. Great location next to the park with multiple walk-to restaurants in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.”

We were left seeking other accommodations after hotels.com took almost full payment for a months stay from us and has yet to return it because “they cannot reach the host” . This is a lot of money to be held from us unavailable to make another booking to replace this one. It has been almost 2 months and hotels.com is not responding to my emails about my refund. ”
