“Miserable.. smelly rooms and cigarette burn blankets”

“Full size fridge was nice but no coffee machine and no coffee in the lobby. TV didn’t work we just gave up and went to bed. Limited towels like they forgot to do laundry. very nice establishment, but the staff wasn’t very helpful to people I saw in the lobby. (specifically a handicap woman)”

“There was roaches in our room, went up to our room to see two people walk in there and found out it was occupied, lamps didn’t work, keycards didn’t work, toilets wouldn’t flush, the whole hall smelled like chemicals, when we told the receptionist that we refunded our rooms and we need into our rooms to get our stuff he was saying they didn’t have roaches and was being very rude. ”

“I did not know enough about what the hotel provides so I was disappointed in the breakfast. When we arrived our room was not ready (4:30) for about 45 minutes. It was fine when we got in.”

“Bath tub was not clean. We didn't had body wash either (told the front desk to replace it but they never did). Left the water on for almost 15mins but no hot water came and if it comes hot then half way through it goes cold.”
