“Rooms are outdated. Wallpaper in the bathroom peeling, furniture had chips. Pool closed. Even the arcade games ate your money and you couldn’t play.”

“The staff was friendly and inviting. The lobby area was clean and an open layout with plenty to do. The room was clean and well maintained. The only negative thing I could list on my visit is that the elevator was jerky and did not operate smoothly.”

“Handy location. Nice and clean, recently done up. Breakfast was really nice with fresh fruit and freshly sqeezed juices. Not a huge selection of things but it changed everyday. Easy to drive in to St Augustine and park in the parking garage which was inexpensive. Would stay here again. ”

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and offered a good variety of options to start the day. They refused to answer phone for Expedia support then lied saying we were offered another room so they could keep our money. They said if I wanted a full refund I should have expressed my displeasure in advance and cancel 24 hours prior.
