“The front desk personnel was very rude at check in due to an issue with reservation via Expedia which is a third party. We asked for extra linen for the couch bed there was none in the room,it took hours to bring it up finally after several requests, the next morning there was NO breakfast due to no chef coming out we were told on Saturday, the carpets are dirty, one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. ”

The towels weren't even clean; one had a hairball in it and hadn't been washed at all. There was no effort to clean the room at all. When we requested a new room, no one got back to us. “Handy location. Nice and clean, recently done up. Breakfast was really nice with fresh fruit and freshly sqeezed juices. Not a huge selection of things but it changed everyday. Easy to drive in to St Augustine and park in the parking garage which was inexpensive. Would stay here again. ”

“The first room I was assigned had a very unpleasant smell, similar to mold or a wet dog. I was moved to a second room, which was slightly better, but the shower had rust around the drain area. The bed was very uncomfortable, at times the room would be very hot. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the staff either. “The hotel is nice and is located on a conviene area. However the room can be cleaned a little more we found the toilet unflush and hair on the shower also there was a strong dog smell in the room.”
