The Space:

Welcome to The Cabin at Conkling Bay, a delightful space crafted with family fun and relaxation in mind! At the heart of the home, you'll find an open-plan living area, an ideal spot for making wonderful memories together. Cozy up on the comfortable seating to enjoy a movie on the TV, or simply share stories and laughter. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to create delicious meals. It includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the dishes and silverware you'll need. Savor your meals at the dining table, creating lasting memories over delicious food and engaging conversation. The two bedrooms offer inviting retreats. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to the back deck and the hot tub. The second bedroom also provides a queen-sized bed. The bathroom is a full bathroom with all the essentials. Step outside to the patio or balcony and breathe in the fresh air. Just a short walk away from the Conkling Bay Marina, and Flip Flops, the marina's newest restaurant, where you'll find delicious food and drinks, and often live music on the weekends, there is also a store and kids' swimming area. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your clothes clean during your stay. You'll also find free parking on the premises and wireless internet for your convenience.



Guest Access:

To receive access information you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be sent 7 days prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The Conkling Bay neighborhood is wonderful because it overlooks Lake Coeur d`Alene and has many amenities within walking distance. There are National Parks nearby, bike trails, and within a fairly short drive is the Coeur d`Alene Casino with restaurants, a spa, and golf. Perfect location for a lake vacation!



Getting Around:

You can walk within the neighborhood and to the community's marina, restaurant, and boat launch, but will need a car to pick up supplies and visit any attractions or stores. The closest airport is Spokane International Airport (GEG).



Other Things to Note:

Welcome! Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You'll need to submit a valid form of ID through Vacation Rental Authority after booking to receive the access information. There is free parking available for your convenience. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down to a reasonable level to respect all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
