Step inside and discover an inviting layout that is sure to make you feel right at home. As you enter Rowan Cottage through the front door you step into a spacious hallway. To the right is a large lounge with plenty of cottage style comfortable seating and a Smart TV featuring all the apps. Next to this you will find an open plan dining room with extendable table, leading to the rear yard. which is small but delightful.

A Small but perfectly functional kitchen is at the end of the entrance hallway with modern amenities (although no dishwasher) and there is a utility area leading off this in the garage.

Upstairs you will come upon a bedroom with a single bed and pretty views to the rear. There is also a good sized family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Further on the second floor there are 2 spacious double bedrooms each with a king bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

Upstairs in the attic (with door separating this from the second floor) is a large bedroom with 2 x single beds.

With beautiful countryside nearby, the village of Rossett lies on the banks of the River Alyn and is located close to the Wales/England border. Rossett is 7.5 miles from the historic city of Chester and just 6.5 miles away from Wrexham, if you wish to take in a football game!

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings and our cleaners schedule, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
