There is one bedroom on the main living area level (1st floor) and provides a queen-sized bed, a TV, and deck access that looks out to the street. Ascend the stairs to the second level, where you will find three additional bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed (sound view), one with two twin-sized beds (street facing), and one with a king-sized bed (street facing). (Please note: the bedroom with the two twin beds does NOT have a closet.) A queen-sized pull out sofa is located on this floor as well. The third floor houses the primary master suite which has a king-sized bed, a TV, a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, and a wet bar with a fridge. The master suite has a private deck looking out to the sound. The sixth and final bedroom is also located on the top floor and has two twin-sized beds and an extra-long twin-sized daybed and a TV. Ocean views are prominent from this room, and deck access is available with both sound and ocean views.

This home is equipped with an elevator, an outdoor shower, a grill, beach chairs, beach games, a water mat/float, a cooler, pack-n-play, a full-sized washer and dryer and more. The private dock has a fishing cleaning station with power and water. Please note this is a shared dock with neighbors. Guests can take in both sound and ocean views from multiple decks and a rooftop crows nest. There is parking in the driveway for 2-3 vehicles depending on size. For entertainment, high speed internet, multiple TVs, Cable TV, and an Xbox are provided.
There is a keyless entry lock on this door only. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office.
