Come experience coastal living at its best in this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath duplex with a loft on the third floor for extra sleeping spaces in Wrightsville Beach. Whether you're here to soak up the sun at the beach or cast a line off the Johnny Mercer Fishing Pier, you'll love every minute at this high-end beach retreat!

Boasting an updated coastal interior, full kitchen with gas range, 3 balconies, and an outdoor patio with a grill. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ample closet space and wall mounted smart TV. There is a private loft area with a comfortable queen pull out couch, smart TV and closet allowing for another sleeping space. There are 4 parking spaces, including a garage. Third-floor includes partial views of the ocean and sound.

Location, Location, Location. You will be just a short 2-3 minute walk (1 block) to the beach. We are located on the ocean side so no need to cross the street to put your feet in the golden sand! We are two blocks away from Johnny Mercer's pier, a short (less than 15 min/.35 mile) walk to all of WB's restaurants and bars, shops, surf shops and board/bike rentals.

We provide fresh linens, extra pillows, super comfy blankets, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, laundry detergent and dish soap. We also provide 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and 4 beach towels.

This family-friendly beach house has it all! It will not disappoint!

Relaxing getaway

We had the most relaxing stay in this beautiful home. Check in/out was so easy. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our young children. The details throughout the house were thoughtful and helpful; things like a few laundry pods and a drying rack made laundry a breeze. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the bunk room. The outdoor shower and hose are shaded and perfect for cleaning up after the beach.

Thanksgiving week

Property was perfect! Great location. We walked to market, restaurants, and even to the Holiday Flotilla. Had a great 6 night stay . Plenty of room for everyone. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner! Kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend this CLEAN 3 story roomy duplex!

Perfect off water location

Not only is this an easy walk to restaurants and shops; but the most perfect off water location. zero streets to cross and just minutes to the public beach access. Garage storage is perfect for storing beach toys for your stay. All of the rooms were spacious for everyone to have some private time or gather together. We would certainly choose this place again and again.

Best location!

Our group loved staying here! The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and right beside the pier. We could walk to get food at many different restaurants as well which is perfect with the limited parking options along the beach side. The hosts were amazing and very hospitable! 10/10 would recommend for any large group or family!

Family fun!

Our stay at Wrightsville Beach was wonderful. We absolutely loved the cleanliness and layout of this beautiful home. The location was perfect for taking trips back and forth to the beach. This house was absolutely perfect. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The beach access is literally around the corner from the house in either direction. My family had a wonderful stay here.

Amazing location, great place

The rental was beautiful and we wanted for nothing. Everything we needed was in the house. Seven of us enjoyed a week at the beach and had plenty of room to spread out at the house throughout our stay. Being only one block from the sand was awesome! Josh was very accommodating, flexible and responsive. The balconies were great to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. The mattress in the master bedroom is top notch. Don’t think about it, just book this property.

Beautiful House and great location

Enjoyed this house and will definitely be back. Walking (10 min) to get coffee and breakfast in the morning, and a 1 min walk to beach - couldn’t be more convenient.

Great place for families

This was a great place for two families to get together for a weekend getaway. Was convent to Johnny Mercer Pier and start of the Wilmington full/half marathon. Also easy to get into Wilmington. Had variety of games and toys for children in the house, along with beach chairs, toys and a wagon. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location

Great beach house, clean and spacious for our family of six. We were able to see sunsets each night from the Third floor deck! Great location and just a few minutes to walk to beach access. Soundproof and we never heard neighbors or street traffic. Pier was a very quick walk as well and nice for happy hours. Kitchen very well stocked and met all of our cooking needs. Great communication with owners! We would rent this property again!!

Luxurious house 1 block from the beach

Very comfortable and modern 3 story house with lots of space, nicely furnished, with nice amenities for families. We loved having the parking spaces and the easy walk to the beach, plus plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to cart everything. Wish we had longer to stay. Also, Josh is a dream of a host ... promptly answered questions and was extremely nice throughout the process. We'd love to come back every year!

Super convenient beach access!

This house was clean, well equipped and an easy 3 min walk to the beach. Joshua was very responsive and we enjoyed the outdoor shower and all the beach gear. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of room to relax after the beach. We will definitely be back!

Family Getaway

We loved coming to visit Wrightsville Beach, and this was our first experience with VRBO. This house was wonderful, better than advertised! Beautiful and comfortable

This is an amazingly clean and gorgeous property. Three stories tall with Master Suite on the top. Three balconies. It is beautifully decorated in coastal hues and very comfortable furniture. Brand new everything in here! Right around the corner from beach access. We walked barefoot each day. I highly recommend!

Great home, great location!

We loved this house! It is steps from the beach, quick walk to restaurants and right on the loop. The house has a great layout. Each room has its own bathroom and a ton of privacy. Perfect for multiple families. Great kitchen. Had everything. I couldn’t believe we were so close to the water. We will definitely be coming here again.

Pictures do not do this property justice!! The property is much larger and so much more charming than the pictures show. You can tell that the owners have just made many updates to the property and put a lot of care into the decorating and provided resources. The location is amazing! It's only a 1 minute walk to the ocean, 2-3 minutes walking to Johnny Mercer's Pier, restaurants, and bars. The owners were extremely open and friendly to communicate with regarding any questions we had.

This property is amazing. I love how close it was to the beach. Everything was perfect.

I would definitely rent this unit again. Everything was really perfect. It was decorated very cute. I loved the three porches, which you can see some water and the courtyard in the back which is a great place to sit and privacy.
