Beläget vid den önskvärda södra änden av Wrightsville Beach mellan South Lumina och Waynick Blvd. på en lugn cul-de-sac, detta fyra sovrum, tre badrum, har enda familj stuga en stor främre däck för sola, underhållande eller bara koppla av! Det är bara en kort promenad till antingen ljud eller havet tillgång. Oceanic Restaurant ligger i närheten så släppa i för lunch eller drycker. Efter stora renoveringar, är Crystal Pier tillbaka i näringslivet!

Huvudnivån har ett stort vardagsrum / matsal som öppnar till främre däck, pentry, 3 sovrum och 2 bad. Bottenvåningen har en sittgrupp / sovrum med liten uteplats och bad - perfekt för tonåringar! Av gatuparkering för 4 bilar.

Family Stay

Very nice property. Close to coffee shop and Oceanic Restaurant. Quiet street. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly.

Location,Location,Location!!

Sweet cottage that is very close to the beach. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, surf shop/rental. Quiet dead end street with very little noise. Kitchen had everything we needed. Deck was perfect for enjoying the evening. We’ll be back next season.

February at Wrightsville Beach

2 minute walk to the beach / pier on a quiet side street. We used just the main floor which had plenty of space. The unit was nice and clean as well. We enjoyed our stay!

We found the house to be perfect for our needs. The downstairs provides a space for children to play or watch tv separate from the upstairs main area. There is one bedroom that does not have a tv, which would be nice.

The location was very convenient as it was just one block from the beach and close to pier. The bedroom set up was ideal with a lower level for the kids with their own bathroom. The upper level for the adults. The house was well maintained and very accommodating. If we have the opportunity we would rent the cottage again.

There were 7 adults and one child. The house isn't large, however it fit our needs and didn't feel too crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean. We had one maintenance issue with a drain in the lower level bathroom. They came out right away and fixed it.

if concerned about roaches, stay away

The house is in a decent location, beds are adequate and there was enough space for our family, BUT we found an enormous dead roach upon entering the place, literally inside the entrance. Then we noticed the bathrooms hadn't really been cleaned because there were hairs in the bathtubs and under the toilet seat. When we called the rental company, they apologized and sent a cleaning team out the next morning and said they'd spray for bugs. The cleaners came and the bathrooms looked much better. The second night, we found another enormous roach, dead by a chair downstairs. The kids were scared to sleep down there because they thought bugs would walk on them at night. I called again but was told it's just "part of being down there and at least they were dead". Seriously. If you spray for bugs and find them inside after several months of service, please understand that you need an exterminator, not just pest management. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The bathrooms are very small. We visited for a weekend, I would not want to spend a week in this house in the summer, mainly because of the size of the bathrooms and small living space. You could barely turn around in the hall bathroom. The management company was very communicative. It was a little annoying to have to sign in or download an app for everything. The house was clean, however, I was surprised that when we arrived we had to make our own beds. I have never rented a place where I had to make my own bed.

Nice house in great location

My adult kids and I were there for the Ironman 70.3. This is a spacious, well-appointed, clean house in the perfect location. It's right next to the swim start and the bike drop off was within walking distance. We enjoyed strolling on the beach and had a wonderful dinner at the nearby Oceanic. A number of other shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We'll be back and suggest you try it out as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked the house and would definitely stay there again great location! Unfortunately when we arrived for our family vacation the AC was out in the house (things break )and we spent 5 days in a different house which we really didn’t like at all but made the best of it . My suggestion to Bryant Realty would be to have window units on hand to install in a situation like this especially considering how much they fail at the beach , as a landlord for a living this IS what I do for my own properties.

Perfect beach getaway

Excellent beach house. Great short walk to beach access yet still quiet at the house at night. Loved the front deck/porch. Room for all 9 to sit & enjoy the sun or nighttime breeze. Very spacious bedrooms for all. 3 bathrooms were perfect as well. Very well stocked with all accessories. Weather couldn’t have been any better!!

Perfect week at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting on Wrightsville Beach for almost 20 years and this was one of our favorite houses so far. The location is great - a very nice quiet street and beach access just a short walk through the public parking lot and across the street. The house was clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were there with our three young adult children and their significant others and the four bedrooms worked perfectly. The outside shower was used by many. This part of the island is very nice and quiet, but with the bonus of the surf shop just a couple of blocks away. Our sons rented boards and the kids spent some time in the coffee shop/bar upstairs. We were coming from Maryland and we had left very early to get down to the beach to avoid traffic. It was a nice bonus to get a call for early check-in, so we were in the house by 3:15. The only negative of the whole trip was I had paid extra to have the beds made up and that hadn't happened. Apparently this hasn't been done since Covid, so not sure why it was an option during booking - but my money was promptly refunded, so not a big deal. All in all an excellent stay.
