A Wedding Weekend Getaway

Rented the house for several family members for a wedding in the area. The house was perfect in every way. The views, the amenities, the location, just to name a few. Would definitely return!

Wedding Trip

Our family flew here from Texas to celebrate the wedding of our niece. We all love the beach and ocean so this location was perfect....just a short stroll away. The house was lovely with lots of big windows to view the ocean and lots of light making it bright and cheery and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils , pots and pans As for sleeping.... I usually have back pain at night but the mattress there was so supportive and comfortable I had no pain any of the nights there...a miracle for me! I would heartily recommend this home for rental! My only disappointment was that it wasn't summer although I didn't let that stop me from plunging into the surf in November, briefly.

November Wedding

We stayed at this property for my son’s November 2020 wedding and it was the perfect place for our family. Beautiful ocean views and a wonderful open concept that was great for entertaining. I would highly recommend!

Perfect beach house for my family vacation

My family and I had the best time. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and then some. We made a lot of meals and the kitchen was great! My nephews played ping pong from sun up to sun down. We all loved our stay.

The ceremony and rehearsal dinner were held at the Surf Club which is practically next door. There was plenty of room for everyone and the view was great. All of our needs were met or exceeded. The bicycles provided were a nice surprise for our young adults. We would love to return to the Ocean Perch in the summertime.

It was a special place because it was my college house several years prior, two years in a row. There have certainly been many updates since the college days and an additional bathroom. The property is amazing and very accommodating to a good size group. The house was very clean, SeaScape was very friendly and professional. It was a great part of wedding week. Thank you for keeping the house in great shape! We’ll certainly be back.

Ocean Perch Summer 2020

Great house and location. Spacious and well appointed for group of 10 family members celebrating several milestones. Some of the beach equipment sparse/in bad condition (shelter broken, chairs damaged, inoperable bike locks), but minor inconveniences that did not tarnish the experience. Would definitely return!

Reviewer Comments: I wasn't sure the provisions provided, i.e., bikes, beach chairs, boggie boards, towels,and sheets would be in great condition so we brought our own. We wasted a ton of space in our car because all of the above were in perfect condition!! The enire house was comfortable and inviting. The family area was large with comfortable couches for sharing stories and laughter. The view was amazing and we all enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner watching the waves. The house is currently on the market for sale and I hope the new owner will use Sea Scape Properties as the rental company. We would like to make this vacation a yearly tradition. We have six children all over the country and to be able to plan in advance a great vacation is important.

Family Vacation at "Our Beach House"

We have anywhere from 12 to 17 people enjoying the house during the week and there is plenty of room for everybody. The location is perfect and the property management team is the best. We will be coming back for many more years, I hope.
