Mitt självklara val i Wroclaw
Trevligt bemötande, rent och tryggt i corona tider. När vi sa till att vi skulle äta på rummet bars snabbt ett dukat bord och stolar upp så att vi kunde avnjuta maten bekvämt. Det här är ett riktigt bra hotell som fixar det mesta.

Great hotel and vibe at the courtyard. Hotel staff in some cases a little bit confused. Pool and spa not great. Rooms are excellent.

Fräscht prisvärt hotell i centrala Wroclaw
Ett mycket modernt hotell ganska centralt den vackra stade Wroclaw. Spatiöst och stora rum. Bra priser på rummen. Bra mat i restaurangen och mycket fin frukost. För arbetsresa var det utmärkt. Stor badanläggning, fräsch med bra gym.

It was a nice hotel That was close to the city just some minutes of walking. The room was clean and hold a good standard. The business launch was big but it was too crowded.

Jättetrevligt hotell som ligger centralt. God frukost och bra mat i restaurangen. Dessutom väldigt trevlig personal. Hade dock önskat utökade öppettider för barn i poolen liksom att det vore kostnadsfritt att träna i det stora gymmet.

Enastående stilenlig lyx
Bra vänlig incheckning, mycket lyxigt stort ljust rum våning 2 executive lounge dvs finns även ingår frukost där och hela dagen kaffe, te snacks mm, mellan 18-20 alkohol vin mm och kvällsmat. mycket bra king size säng och 4 stora sköna kuddar, rummet med speglar tv allt stilenligt,badrum fräscht.Tillgång gratis till Jacuzzi och stor pool. Kommer absolut bo på detta hotell nästa gång.

Fint nybyggt hotell med bra service. Enda minus var att gymet inte ingick i rumspriset.

Highly recommend
I would highly recommend this hotel, it's slightly away from the busy old town but only a short walk away. Beautiful lounge and breakfast/dining area, with a vast food selection and plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Separate shampoo and conditioner available in the room, although no toiletries with earbuds or cotton pads etc.

Please read our comments.
It is an extreme modern hotel, certainly not cosy. everything is supermodern, it is cold inside (also the temperature). Staff is trained, but not in the right way, with everything you get a big story with options, and when you ask something little different than their standard it is not possible. We had junior suite, and acces to executives lounge, but no staff present. To get from the parking garage to the hotel is a nightmare. No signs, many doors, and not suitable for suitcases. For the money (pretty expensive) there are much beteer places to stay.

Wroclaw ist eine Reise wert
Die Urlaubswoche in Breslau war sehr schön. Der Aufenthalt im HILTON war gut. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, auch wenn man dauernd versuchte uns die Teller wegzunehmen (gekreuztes Besteck auf dem Teller = bin noch nicht fertig - fand nie eine Beachtung). Die Ausstattung der Suite ist modern und zeitgemäß. Das Angebot zum Abendessen ist n.m.E. teuer und das Angebot ist nicht regional, was andere Anbieter besser können. In der Suite stehen immer zwei Gläser zur Verwendung, welche nach der Reinigung mit einem Staubschutz abgedeckt wurden. Am 20.09. kamen wir am Nachmittag ins Zimmer und ich nahm mir ein Glas, wo einfach der Staubschutz angebracht wurde, aber das Glas wurde nicht gesäubert. Ich hatte am Morgen Tabletten eingeworfen und da war noch ein kleiner Rest Wasser im Glas und dieses Wasser war auch noch im Glas, aber mit Staubschutz :-(. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erledigen. 100 Zl pro Tag für die Tiefgarage ist auch üppig. Sehr gut: nur Hotelgäste können den Fahrstuhl nutzen und die Exklusive Lounge ist schön. Das Hilton in Swinemünde hatte mir allerdings besser gefallen.

This was a really great place to stay very convenient. The staff was friendly knowledgeable, and help with any questions I had. They spoke English really well being from the USA that really helped.
