Welcome to the RaumWerk Apartment!

Our 90-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 5 people plus a baby—ideal for families, couples, and anyone who appreciates plenty of space to relax.

The apartment is located in the idyllic village of Eichenhausen at the foot of the Rhön Mountains. The region boasts numerous hiking and biking trails and is perfect for an active nature vacation.
In winter, the surrounding area also offers opportunities for downhill and cross-country skiing—ideal for a relaxing vacation any time of year.

A playground is located right around the corner, making it ideal for families with children. In addition, a wide selection of baby and toddler equipment is available, ensuring that even the youngest guests are well taken care of.

Bakeries, shopping, and the entrance to the A71 highway are about a 5-minute drive away—perfect for a comfortable stopover, a layover, or shopping.

The Rhön-Klinikum is also just a few minutes away, making it ideal for visitors or relatives of patients.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality 1.80 m box-spring bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A single bed is also available.
The living room also features a comfortable sleeper sofa with a mattress topper, allowing several guests to stay overnight in comfort.

The modern bathroom with a shower offers a pleasant atmosphere and is both practical and stylishly furnished.

A workspace is available for business travelers—ideal for working, planning, or working from home.
