“My wife and I highly recommend Pan Pacific Xiamen for its excellent customer service — the staff not only catered to our needs but were also one step ahead in anticipating them and addressing them, from offering to bring to us coffee at the breakfast buffet, seeing that I was using a cane due to challenges that I had been having with my left foot; to the staff offering to quickly tidy up the bathroom and change the towels (we had the do-not-disturb sign on our doorknob that day) when they...

“No air conditioning in lobby or bar, it was very hot during summer time”

“Good hotel in agreat area of Xiamen”

“Clean room and friendly staff”

“Clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, great location, and free water bottles. We highly enjoyed our stay. The only thing is there are no mini fridges in the room, but the staff will help put your food in their fridge which you can grab at any time.”

“Excellent location for shopping, transport, food and sightseeing. Room was of good size, excellent hot shower, wifi, fridge and easy for a foreigner to communicate via Wechat The free laundry was a welcome bonus”

“In concurrence with others, I found check-in not the friendliest. They did their job, but not with any smiles or pleasant attitudes. Also, internet does have issues, but follow instructions another wrote. A positive, they did accommodate my wishes/requests. However, with an issue on day 2 and later at check-out, clerks those times were fabulous, helpful, and cheerful. Mattress on the very firm side. Smoking is allowed. My room didn't smell, but the hallway did, and the smoke came in...

“The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see...
