“I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free. Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. “The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The street noise was verging on loud and the outside accent lights shown right in the windows on the ground floor. Staff was friendly and nice. I would stay here again.”

“The setting of the hotel was beautiful along the stream. It felt private and safe even though it was within walking distance of West Chester central with restaurants, shops and great coffee and easy driving distance of Longwood Gardens and Valley Forge. Appreciated all the books rather than nicknacks. If I hadn’t had so much planned and the weather was too nice to be inside, I would have read all day. ”

“The staff were friendly and accomodating. The king bed was lumpy and sagged in the middle. Not a big deal but the condiment packets by the coffee maker we're opened and used. All else good for a last minute emergency booking.”

“No cinnamon buns. The only thing that sets Holiday Inn Express apart from other mediocre breakfasts. No recognition from the staff for gold member status. Had to get our room key reprogrammed because someone attempted to enter our room. No apology.”

“Amazing B&B! We came from Sweden for a roadtrip and found this place, and we really loved it. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly 🙏 We stayed in one of the cottage, and the views were one of the most beautiful places we’ve seen. And right in the middle of the Amish community! So that was really a unique and fun experience, 10/10!”
