Fly till det som är känt för vår familj under de senaste 50 åren som den mest magiska platsen på jorden !!!! El Cocal är en gated community av strandhus som är undangömda mellan de vackra bergen och det karibiska havet i östkusten i Puerto Rico. Här kan ditt sinne, kropp och själ inte låta bli att koppla av och bli ett med naturen.
Villa Mar är ett helt nytt hus med 3 sovrum och 2 1/2 badrum. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. 2: a sovrummet har en våningssäng med dubbelsäng på toppen och full på botten med en rulla säng. Tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Komplett kök, vardagsrums-tv, DVD, iPod-station, spel, filmer, matsal, stor veranda med utsikt över havet, hammac och utemöbler, utomhusdusch och badrum, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, allt sängkläder och handdukar, parkering för 2 bilar , klubbhus med basketplan, strandstolar, basket osv. Nära till Snorkling, restauranger, golf, regnskog, gamla San Juan.

The hostess was very responsive. The shower handle was broken upon arrival and she had it repaired promptly. The pool has a gorgeous view and was so relaxing. The house was clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Picture perfect location!

We loved our stay here. House was very clean and nicely decorated. 3 nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen were a good size. The pool and patio were used every day and evenings too! Amazing view of the ocean from the pool, we loved it! We appreciated that pool/ beach towels were provided. We will be coming back to this home. Highly recommend!

Paradise!!

This was truly paradise for our family. Elizabeth's home is impeccable and truly has EVERYTHING you could need or want. I don't think there was a better place to truly spend quality time together. One of our last nights there we didn't want to be away from the house it was just so serene so we got sandwiches and took in all the views that are just stunning. The people in the area were kind, warm and welcoming. I have never felt more relaxed- and cannot wait to come back. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your paradise and happy place with our family!

Caribbean Paradise

This is the perfect house for a family to relax and experience a Caribbean Beach and the Caribbean Sea. We feel extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at such a place. The views from the property are spectacular and exactly as advertised. We found the beds comfortable, the pool refreshing, and having AC in the bedrooms to sleep at night was all the more it was needed. Cooking for a family requires proper planning. Plan simple meals that can be prepared on one or two gas burners and a toaster oven.

AMAZING!!

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool, which has a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach is only steps away. So relaxing! Property had everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful vacation home!

We loved our stay at this house. My kids loved the pool and I loved having the great ocean view while hanging out at the pool. It was very easy to get to the beach. The place was clean and well kept. The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked great. My only complaint was that the mattresses were a little too firm for us. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to go back!

Paradise

Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was a little tricky to find in the dark but Elizabeth was a huge help when we called her. Its a more rural location but we really liked that. It was quiet and peaceful. We were able to do some.of.our cooking but there are many places nearby to eat and drink. There is a great coffee place with great food and amazing view.The pool was great and the beach is close. We found a lot of cool shells too.Definitely book a stay here. You wont regret it.

2025 Sisters Trip

My sisters and I all live in different states. This was the perfect oasis to meet each other and make memories. Elizabeth was a great host:owner. Very helpful and accessible! I had hesitation driving In Puerto Rico but it was very easy.Beautiful home, views and such a lovely neighborhood! Very safe!

Beautiful!

We absolutely loved this gated community and the home. While there is not air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, we were not bothered by this at all because of the ocean breeze. And we happen to love the heat!The beach was gorgeous, and there is a little bit of rocks off to the left side that blocks waves if you wanted to wait into the water. Everything you need is here, beach, chairs, toys, games, Beach towels, etc. I highly recommend it!
