Casa Iria is an exclusive holiday home located in the privileged area of Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote, perfect for families and groups of friends who wish to enjoy comfort, privacy and an unforgettable experience on the island.



With capacity for up to 10 people, the house has five spacious bedrooms: four with double beds (two of them with en-suite bathroom) and one with two single beds. It has a total of three full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with shower, designed to offer maximum comfort.



The interior stands out for its spacious and bright living room, ideal for relaxation and socialising, and a rustic-style kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils for a worry-free stay.



In the exterior, Casa Iria invites you to enjoy Lanzarote's privileged climate thanks to its spectacular terrace, which features a covered chill-out area, outdoor dining area and a private, heatable swimming pool (with supplement), surrounded by sunbeds and artificial grass, perfect for relaxing or cooling off under the Canarian sun.



Its excellent location allows easy access to iconic places such as El Golfo, Janubio Salt Flats or Green Lake. Additionally, the accommodation offers high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, private parking, as well as cot and high chair upon request.
