The front door opens into the spacious, open plan dining / living area with a dining table and seating for 4, leading on to the large, comfortable L Shaped sofa, together with a flat screen TV, with Mag box (providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more). The dining/living room has air conditioning. Wifi is provided for your convenience.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has all modern appliances, including fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle etc.

Utility Room:
Leading off from the hallway, is the utility area with washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
King bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps, set of drawers, and overhead light/fan. Ensuite with WC, large, walk in shower, with screen, single wash basin unit and lighted vanity mirror.

Pool and Sun Terrace:
The outside area provides a fully enclosed area with alfresco dining for 4 people, conveniently placed close to the large Canarian BBQ, so the chef of your group can remain involved whilst cooking. There is also a shaded, chill out seating area to relax and enjoy the balmy evenings.
A beautiful bespoke pool, kidney shaped, approx. 8m x 4m in size and 1.2m to 1.6m in depth, electrically heated (November to April inclusive), with waterfall feature and roman step entry, really sets off this property and provides a great setting for relaxing on the 4 sunbeds, to soak up the Lanzarote sun.

Location:
This property is situated within a very easy walking distance of either the Playa Flamingo area, and all its amenities, or Playa Blanca town centre itself, with everything that has to offer. The sea front promenade, which connects you to everything, is literally a stones throw away.

Parking and Accessibility:
The property is located in a gate community, where there is plenty of off road parking available. All on one floor.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. Guests over 2 are charged at a supplement. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable or Accidental Damage Waiver has to be taken.
