The spacious living room accommodates six comfortably on two three-seater leather sofas with electronic recliners. Ideal for relaxation, it features a flat-screen smart TV with access to popular channels, box sets, films, and streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime. Sliding patio doors lead to the pool and sun terrace, while an archway connects the living room to the dining area.



Dining Room:

A beautiful large wooden table provides seating for six inside, complemented by comfortable seating for relaxing moments. Sliding patio doors open to the garden and pool terrace, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor spaces.

Cleaning Service:

The villa is fully prepared for arrival and departure, with additional cleaning and change of linen/towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All necessary linens and towels are supplied, and pool/beach towels are available for convenience. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. The property is secured by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system with internal cameras in communal areas.
