Stunning Vista Princesa is a beautiful white-washed property, newly renovated, this holiday home is ideal for those wanting to stay in Playa Blanca. Nestled amongst neighbouring villas, Vista Princesa boasts a beautiful terracotta terrace, surrounded by a volcanic stone wall and featuring multiple chillout areas. Split over three levels, the lower terrace features a refreshing pool with elegant roman steps and is surrounded by reclining sunloungers. The mid-terrace features a seating area and a brick-built BBQ, whilst the top terrace is shaded and offers alfresco dining. 
Head through french-style patio doors to the ground-floor kitchen area. This contemporary room is flooded with natural light and offers all the latest appliances, making your self-catering holiday as simple as possible. The ground floor is also home to two bedrooms, one double and one king-size room both with their own private ensuite. A guest toilet completes the ground floor, whilst stairs from the hallway lead to the lower ground floor. Here we find a comfortable living room with a smart TV, pool table, desk and a selection of books. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the terrace via external steps. We also find the remaining four bedrooms on this floor, three of which offer air conditioning* and all share a family bathroom. Bedroom two has a shower ensuite, which can also be used as a separate shower room for the other bedrooms. As an added bonus Vista Princesa comes with complimentary pool towels, year-round pool heating and a welcome pack on arrival.
For large groups travelling together, Vista Princesa can be booked alongside its sister villas Vista Rey and Vista Reina. 
*As can be seen from the images, this property features a number of steps throughout the villa. Therefore we don't recommend this villa for guests with mobility issues.
Please note that a credit for air conditioning is provided free for reasonable use. If heavy use of air conditioning is required you can top this up with Euro coins as required in the villa payable by the customer.
