“Good”

“Great atmosphere with a Japanese style garden at the front of the hotel. Complimentary snacks and drinks. Very clean and very spacious for Japanese standards. Will be coming back!”

“small but nice.”

“Nice with washing machine in the hotel room. Rooms on the steep side pricing wise.”

“The location can’t be beat! Worth getting a riverside room.”

“It seems there are different grades of rooms at this hotel. We booked it because of the excellent reviews, but the room we were given on the eighth floor was very old, worn-out, and dirty. After we complained, they moved us to a room on the fourteenth floor, and it was on a completely different level—newly renovated, clean, spacious, and with super comfortable beds!”

“This is 2&half star hotel. The location is convenient, but the bed is poor quality and room is it too small for the price. Do not expect good quality.”

“Staff is friendly and helpful. For example, I needed help to make dinner reservations but I don't speak Japanese and I do not know how to dial the local number but front desk was nice enough to help. Much better than other hotels in Japan that I stayed at. The area has many shopping streets and a short walk to malls and restaurants. The breakfast can get busy though and the line-up for coffee can be ridiculous as there is only one coffese machine. All in all, it is clean, convinenent, and...

“Centralt och bekvämt hotell. Litet men härlig onsen på hotellet. Personalen var väldigt trevlig. ”

“Bit crowded esp for family of 5. Aircon leaked continuously flooding carpet of lounge. Good location though. Quiet. Very helpful hosts”
