âI've mixed feelings about this hotel, the rooms are excellent, very comfy, clean and spacy and we got an upgrade without asking for it. But the air condition was set on +27C and you couldn't change it, only turn it off. However, we were lucky as it was -2C and strong winds outside. On the other hand, the lobby and restaurant was freezing cold, the personell in the lobby was even wearing coats. They were though very service minded. I may think of returning, but in summer time, please!â
