âThe motel was over our expectations. It was nice and clean, the personnel was nice and the check in was fast. It was the best motel we stayed in during our road trip.â
âWe stayed two days and it was a pleasure to stay here. Newly renovated and upgraded motel with all the basic amenities. Very helpful, polite and friendly front desk staff. Highly recommended. â
âEverything was what we would expect. Very nice stay. I especially liked getting into the room and seeing the TV on with my name and a nice message. Itâs usually the little things that make it memorable. We also love the rooms with the patio.
What I didnât like but ended up being a non-issue was that we had less than one roll of toilet paper in our room. There should always be a spare roll. â
âNice location, the room was ok. There is a parking right outside the the hotel that is cheaper then the parking belonging to the hotel. The breakfast came in a box and was just weird. â
âVery clean. Had a portable crib that was provided for free. Excellent location. The only complain is that the AC was quite noisy, so bring ear plugs if youâre a light sleeper. â
âThis newly renovated hotel is a beautiful gem in a residential neighbourhood near Lake Ontario. The renovation is gorgeous, a spectacular reimagining of a Victorian space. The room was small but very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Bed linens and mattress of very high quality. It's a great option if you are visiitng your kid at Queen's or in town to enjoy the downtownâthe location is about halfway between the main part of the campus and the downtown strip. We loved it and will be back...
âStaff was amazing! Food was amazing! Garden was amazing!
I think there should be a garbage can beside the fridge and one in the bathroom. When someone is in the washroom, no place to put garbage. â
âStayed for only 2 nights but it was good. Holly was a very helpful hostess. The room were good although a bit "old". Blinds instead of curtains in the windows was a bit odd.â
âReally loved the breakfast daily - the coffĂ· was especially great! The rooms were comfy, and overall quiet. Parking was free and convenient. Hotel staff was awesome and very helpful. If we are ever in Kingston again this would be our place!â
