The staff is always there to help with any kind of questions and provide suggestions for anything. The lady (Shun) was always there for us, helped with our luggage and allowed us to do a early check in as well. She is the best. :) ”

“If you are looking for a traditional ryokan experience, then this is the ryokan for you. The ryokan provided comfortable yukata for guests to wear including to breakfast and the kaiseki, hosted in a beautiful restaurant with views of the garden. The traditional Japanese breakfast (included in price of stay) was different and delicious each morning, and the kaiseki was a unique experience, although expensive. The tatami beds were comfortable and the barrel style tub in the room was delightful....
