“This traditional merchant house converted hotel is lovely. We own the entire building with two floors. One tiny living room on the ground floor, a bath house, a separate toilet near the entrance, along with a spacious bathroom with the second living room on the second floor. It’s airy and full of scent of wood. However, the bedroom is facing the road without sound proof windows, it was very noisy throughout the night. ”
“Supreme view on the sea and nearby lighthouse - very scenic, makes it difficult to leave the great rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff, very manageable even as foreigner. Takes a bit to get there, but definitely worthwhile for a few days.”
“Amazing little place close to Narita airport. The owners feel genuine, are very friendly and service minded. The food was excellent (we had breakfast). What really pushed the review over the edge receiving 5/5 is the surroundings. Just a short walk and you are allowed to enter the old world of the shogun. For us, this was totally unexpected (which probably added to the experience). If you ever wondered where the creators of Totoro got their inspiration, you probably should visit this place....
