Great place!
Satish's basement apartment is your perfect base for exploring around Yellowknife. Exactly as described and well put together. Don't hesitate to book here if staying in Yellowknife. Also - Satish is a great guy - will give you good recommendations for the area and is an all around nice/interesting person.
