“I would give this hotel one star. The property is in very poor condition and appears to have been neglected for a long time. It was extremely disappointing. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but I honestly don’t understand how it received such high ratings. The only positive aspects were the beautiful view from the balcony and the restaurant, as well as the good breakfast. I have no complaints about the breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathrooms were in terrible condition...

“Such a beautiful place surrounded with amazing nature, resort was out of this world, we were amazed how clean, modern, beautiful, spacious was it. Staff were friendly, food was delicious. Highly recommended”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back....

“They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay.”
