“Major contruction work. So there was a lot of noice”

“Väldigt trevlig personal. Rent o snyggt. Bra gym. Trygg parkering. Bra dusch. ”

“No hot water and bathroom shower faucet dripped all night”

“One of the best hotels we stayed at. The rooms are fresh, the spa is beyond and Malibu Cafe is a dream. Breakfast superb. All 5 star place without a doubt. We are def. going back!! Wow! ”

“Room is nice and clean. Didn't have many complaints, other than lack of reliable wifi, but this was a big complaint for me, because I had a 4 week stay for work. Front desk staff doesn't care much either, and the most they offered is having maintenance reset the router. I finally had to ask to move to a room that was not a wifi deadzone, rather than them suggesting it for me, and then the wifi STILL went out again for a couple of days in the new room. If wifi is advertised as an amenity, it...

“Clean, easy to park, nice terrace ”

“Bra o rymligt familjehoteb”

“Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Furniture is quite outdated and plumbing also. Fridge didn't work. No free WiFi! This was the main thing made us disappointed. Also in the morning a stranger unlocked our car "by mistake". Fortunately nothing has been stolen. And during the night in the room it was noisy because of the highway nearby.”

“Maybe the hotel is in a state of transition. I think work was being done. They have a lounge situation where they keep pretzels and checks and things like that all the time and some drinks and then in the evening some hors d’oeuvre but it’s not optimal. The Nice gentleman who puts it all out does a good job. There’s coffee there sometimes it’s all sometimes not. There’s no real place to just go get a cup of coffee as you have to go into the dining room room if you want something. I was told...

“Great hotel for staying a longer period of time!”

“Average hotel with nice service and good breakfast. Very dirty windows made the room feel a bit dirty although it wasn’t. Good location close to 101.”

“A reasonably priced Four Seasons Hotel in a good location and more spacy than the hotel in the city. My business was in Malibu which was a nice 20 min drive through the mountains from Westlake. Very clean and well-maintained hotel. The spa area is a must-see. I recommend booking through Hotels.com so you can take advantage of Welcome Rewards. Four Seasons have still not developed any frequent visitor program of their own.”

“Allt var bra , bra läge”

“Very nice hotel affordable and great breakfast service highly recommend.”

“Gammalt, slitet, kändes otryggt. Frukosten bestod av blaskigt kaffe med en söt bulle till, det kallar vi inte Frukost.”
