A pleasure to stay here
For someone that stays in hotels more than 10 nights a month I have to say I really liked this hotel. Very service minded personal and in general a high standard. The gym good be somewhat bigger for serious trainees.

Good!
Hotel is newly built with friendly staff. Asked for a room with a balcony (because why not?) and got a room at the 2nd floor with a tiny smoking-balcony and a boring view. After being asked the hotel quickly gave us another room on the third floor with a city view which was very kind. Room was nice, cleaning could have been a bit better but wasn’t awful either. There was some residue in the shower and sink that was left. Everything was good but biggest disappointment was the spa area. Jacuzzi wasn’t properly cleaned and the water was way too cold for a jacuzzi. Pool is small and water too cold. Sauna is good. Would recommend this hotel but could also stay at another place if I go back to Jerevan. Location isn’t bad but there’s a lot of hotels in the same price range that’s more central. Overall loved Armenia and Jerevan, very friendly people.

Not a pleasant stay
The tv and air conditioning were not working, the room was terribly hot and it took 5 calls to reception to finally get someone smart enough to figure that the a/c was broken , we had to be moved to a different room that was awfully hot but at least had a functioning ac . Overall this hotel is a complete ripoff for the price, staff was inefficient and the installations were old and not nice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Cozy and comfortable stay...
Stayed for 4 days with family. Spacious and clean rooms with all the amenities. Tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Especially Mrs.Victoria, she helped a lot for arranging Armania day tour trips and we enjoyed that. Highly recommended....

We enjoyed
Good location, clean beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, they every day clean rooms and its perfect, good breakfast, the only problem was air conditioner which was off though rooms were cold and I got sick ☹️

Property and staff was amazing. Minor issue with the HVAC system, the heat would not turn on and the room was a bit cold at night. Overall very happy with this hotel.

Lovely hotel!
My travel companion became ill while on our trip. The front desk staff (three amazing women) couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! They contacted the hospital for us and translated between my friend and the doctor whose English was very limited. They made our stay so pleasant. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable and linens are very high end. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It contains eggs prepared in three different ways, cereals, cheeses, other hot breakfast dishes, nuts, dried fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and more. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here if returned to Yeravan.

This modern hotel is located across from the Sunday market, Freedom Square and the park. You are welcomed with a very accommodating, friendly staff both at the reception desk and in the breakfast room. My one and only complaint is an easy fix - they need to replace the light bulbs in the modernize bathroom. It is so dark in there that you can't see to put on makeup or even do your hair. Otherwise, a great hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of different choices every morning. Grisha and Vartan provided excellent services at breakfast. Very friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk to. They made our morning. Maids were just a pleasure and always ready to bring everything we needed (iron, ironing boards, fresh robes, etc.) Room was always clean with fresh towels every day. Front desk was extremely helpful with easy check in and check out. They made a few recommendations for restaurants with entertainment and they were excellent. We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. We used their massage services and Swedish hot stone massages were great. Also pool, sauna and hot tub were great, we absolutely enjoyed it on the last day of our stay. It was very relaxing. Location is great with lots of shops around us (SAS supermarket is just a walking distance away with pharmacy and money exchange in it / good rates). Also shopping mall Rossia with a weekend indoor market built in on one side. Vernisage open air souvenir market across the street, walking distance to Republic Square. We couldn't have wished for a better location. Taxi rides anywhere in the city is only 1 AMD (Armenian Dram) = $2, making it extremely affordable to get anywhere in a matter of minutes and not having to rely on public transport. All restaurants that we tried in the city were excellent. Excellent vacation all around.

Définitivement pas au niveau d'un 4**** / EVITER
Nous avons réservé une chambre le matin, le temps de passer à la réception 10 minutes plus tard notre chambre n'était plus disponible et aucune n'allait l'être du même standard. Un Upgrade nous à été proposé, à nos frais sans discussion possible, ce que nous avons accepté. Voyageant à 3 on nous a promis un extra-bed pour le 3e voyageur. Après 4 allers-retours à la reception dans la journée pour s'enquérir de la situation nous sommes parti dîner sereins. A notre retour, rien n'avait été fait. Ni la réparation de la baignoire qui était bouchée depuis le matin, ni le lit supplémentaire, ni les serviettes manquantes. Serviettes & Lits finirent par arriver à 1h30 du matin. Concernant la baignoire, elle était dans le même état que le matin précédent.. bouchée.

Hotel moderne
Bon hôtel, moderne, spacieux. Service de qualité: chambre climatisée, bon petit déjeuner buffet, piscine, bar, massages, ... Personnel agréable. A une 10aine de minutes à pied de la Place de la République.
