âDas Hotel ist neu und daher alles im sehr guten Zustand, die Zimmer waren groĂzĂŒgig und sehr ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und man hat immer Mitarbeiter gesehen, die die Pflanzen gegossen haben.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das leckere FrĂŒhstĂŒck, wir waren begeistert! Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und wir haben gerne dort in Ruhe gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

I asked for a quiet room. I was told that it's above the restaurant so there will be music until 12 but afterwards quiet. The music was still on 3AM.
We went to the beach and there was no "avaliable" places, which in this hotel means that if someone comes in the morning and just puts a hotel towel than it is occupied for the rest of the day. This no way of managing sitting if all guests should have a...

"We had a cockroach in the one morning we woke up. Brought it up with both reception and customer relations. The receptionist said she would send someone to clean and sanitise the room. It was done but no further dialog, change of room or any compensation took place despite of another approach from our side to customer relations. He seemed to âcareâ more than the receptionist and took notes but the hotel did not take any further actions. With kids in the room, this has clearly affected the whole experience very negatively where we noticed a huge lack of service mind in the staff and hotel management. A luxury hotel on the paper with great potential, but a very bad experience.."
