I would pas two comments though. Firstly the very small switch for air con control was not pointed out to us and it took some time to realise the reason we had no air con. I was conderned about the amount of daylight around the bedroom door which would not provide fire and smoke protection in...

“This is not a hotel it’s a piece of trash. It’s rusty, dirty smelly and broken walls and bathrooms. No hot water only cold. No tv no towels I had to asked for toilet tissue. The sensor goes off so quickly even the front desk person was not too happy when he took me to the room. So please don’t get in to this trash to avoid getting sick.”
“Everything was beyond what we expected. All staffs were very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was perfect. We felt at home. Whenever we travel to Mersin, this hotel will be our first home. We thank the all people for the wonderful service and hospitality! ”
