"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this place again. Lisa met us when we arrived, which made us feel safe and welcome, and she personally showed us to our room. There was bottled water for our first few days, laundry detergent for the washing machine, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and the city center nearby. The metro station is less than a 2-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around. Communication with Lisa was always quick and helpful, and any questions were resolved immediately. It was also very easy for taxi drivers to find the property. If we return, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"From the moment you arrive at reception, you'll feel at ease thanks to the warm and friendly service from the kind staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel's location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the metro station and two stops from the city center. Markets and restaurants are right next to the hotel, and there's a lovely optician's shop where you can get your prescription glasses in any style, even having lenses replaced for sun protection, for only 20 dollars"

"The staff at the hotel were amazing. Proactive, service minded and super friendly. We arrived late and the receptionist Jennifer was so helpful and friendly arranged late check out. The staff at the lobby was also friendly. So staff and service top notch. But the hotel was old, alot of wear and tear, almost feeling that a renovation is needed to maintain the standard. But the staff did the best with the ”product” they had."
