Nice clean hotel with very attentive staff
Hotel is clean modern and comfortable. Decent gym and good pool. Wifi could be better. Staff is extremely attentive and kind. They greet you by your name every time. On the first morning a staff member asked if I thought breakfast could be improved in any way. After thinking about it I said it would be nice to have pineapple. She personally brought pineapple to my table every morning. Great and sincere touch. Only negative I found about this place is the mosque blasting a call to prayer at 5AM, it sure woke me up.

The service of the staff was excellent. Very friendly, willing to assist you with anything. Hotel is behind the Mercure hotel, advantage: not facing the busy road. Quiet during day and night. For restaurants, malioboro street etc. use Grab.

コンパクトで快適なホテル
アンバルクモプラザに近いホテルということで、選択をしましたが、残念ながら近くはありませんでした。タクシーを利用して、初乗りの25000rpを支払いました。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　部屋はイビスの特徴なのかコンパクトで、シャワールームもゆとりがあります。 ただ、部屋着や櫛、髭剃りの用意がないので、持参しなくてはいけません。 朝食をいただきましたが、食べられそうなものは少なく、デザートのゼリーはおいしかったです。 朝食会場になっている１階は夜はお酒が飲めます。ただ、ハッピーアワーと看板にありながら、割引はありませんでした。不愉快でしたが・・・・。

Wonderful service
I have stayed for 5 nights and I loved it! The staffs made my first Yogyakarta trip more convenient. They are really helpful and truly serve with service minds. I am very appreciated! The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it suited well for a solo traveller.

Staffs are active and nice
The performance of the staffs here make us expressed. They are active, patient and nice. They provides the service of ordering Ramanyana show ticket and rent scooters. In the morning, we have not told them we would like to rent a scooter, they called us to checked( when we checked in, we ask some questions about the renting scooter). When they saw us cross the road, the guard helps us to stop the car. We would like to try some traditional dish, the staff did not fore us to have food in the hotel, they proposed some good restaurants. The breakfast is amazing, there are west type and the traditional Indonesian breakfast. If you do not know howto have them, the staffs are nice and patient to explain.

Decent hotel close to the airport
Relatively new hotel with modern interiors with a touch of Javanese essence. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would be a perfect stay if they provide soundproofed rooms to prevent unnecessary noises from the corridor.

Wonderful stay
Love at first as we entered this hotel as the staff welcomed us with smiling and friendly faces. They were helpful to let us checked in early though we had to leave our luggage in the store room so we could go roaming about in the city. The rooms were clean but the bedding of one of the rooms had a kind of unbearable smell. Anyway, upon complained, new set was replaced. The swimming pool on 8th floor isin open space, jointly used by both Ibis and Grand Mercure hotel guests, spacious, clean and has nice view. You can enjoy your meals here anytime.

임시로 지은 캐빈의 느낌
이 호텔은 Grand Mercure hotel의 뒷편 한 구석을 활용하기 위해 만든, 도로에서는 전혀 보이지도 않는 호텔이다. 내부설비는 싸구려 자재를 이용하여, 마치 임시로 만든 캐빈에 들어 와 있는 느낌이다. 침대의 쿳션도 적당하지 않아, 아침에 일어나니 허리가 뻐근할 정도다. 종업원들은 친절하나, Lobby 한쪽구석에서 제공하는 Buffet 아침식사도, 시골장터같이 붐비는 분위기에서 여유있는 식사를 하기도 불가능하다...

New and developing
The hotel complex, combined with the adjacent Grand Mercure, is brand new and unfinished (as of mid-Jan 2017). There was some roughness around the edges but we were happy to try knowing this. The staff had that fresh-to-the-job air about them and were eager to please. As Ibis is lower-budget than Grand Mercure, we benefited a bit from the shared arrangement with the GM.

Hotel lumayan dekat dengan Ambarukmo Plaza, jd ga mls klo mau nge-mall... Kamarnya sebenarnya nyaman walau kecil, tapi ada yg bocor kmrn, untung ada kamar yg masih kosong, jd langsung ditukar kamarnya. Mudah2an sudah diperbaiki sekarang... Respon pelayanannya cukup bagus saya rasa

Kamarnya bersih, pelayanannya ramah tapi lama pas check in saja kamar tersedia 1 jam kemudian , kulkas mini dalam kamar tidak ada, menginap 2 hari menu breakfastnya sama jadi bosen, ruangannya tidak kedap suara jadi berisik. pintu kamar mandi keras sekali, pintu kamarnya beberapa kali tiak bisa scan jadi harus nunggu staff dullu buat perbaikan set jam . em...secara keseluruhan sih lumaya tapi kekurangan diatas mohon diperbaiki .

Hotel lumayan bagus sarapan bervariasi
Pesan hotel.com kamar kingbed tapi pada saat check in tidak sesuai. Pihak hotel bilang hanya tersedia tinggal yang twin bed. Kami sangat kecewa tetapi setelah lama menunggu akhirnya pihak hotel memberikan kamar dengan king bed.
