“This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. “We had a wonderful stay with out private onsen at Asari Classe Hotel. The dinner was nice and it was close to the ski slopes. I do say that the service was pretty bad after the initial reception and it's really far from most other things. As a romantic getaway it's perfect though.”

“Family trip with 2 kids. A bit worn down room and facilities, but perfectly clean and with everything you need. The onsen was great, however parts of it was closed due to maintenence. The Lagoon pool area was well made and appreciated by the kids, with areas both for the very small ones and the bit older. Not many restaurants around, so advice is to book dinner at the hotel. There are two convenience stores walking distance away. ”
