“We had booked a spacious room, which we got, but when entering the room we were hit by a foul odor of cigarettes, and it was a non-smoking room. We went to complain and while they were understanding, they instead put us in a smaller corner room which is not what we had booked. I will not be back.”

“We stayed here to celebrate my wife's birthday and her recovery from the hospital. Since we both live in Yokohama, staying at a local hotel was a very new and special experience for us. “It was a clean and specious room that we got. The hotel has a very good location if you aim to take the train from yokohama station to the airport. It was a huge plus that the hotel had a cafe besides it with very affordable breakfast deals and cozy atmosphere.”

“Cool design hotel with very well planned rooms. Amenity counter was good, clean rooms and nice staff. Its located a 2 minute walk to a subway line that is just a few stops to China Town and a few stops to Yokohama Station in the other direction. (Really great location) ”
