The three bathrooms offer a superb mix of showers, bathtubs. Whether you’re relaxing or getting ready for the day, the space feels delightful and inviting. A great place to call homebase while you’re away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Unfortunately VRBO does not have this option, but we only do Checkins on Saturdays during the summer season.

We had the most wonderful six nights here! Not only is it easily walking distance to the beaches in downtown of lovely short Sands, but the host was super responsive. It was so so so clean and we really enjoyed how well stocked it was. We can’t thank you enough for so many wonderful memories here at the beach.

I was a little skeptical with it being a new listing and a few reviews but this place is awesome, my wife and I went with our 3 kids 4,6,10 and it was in walking distance of short sands and all of the shops. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a beach vacation. The supplied wagon/beach chairs is a huge plus because it saved us a ton of room when packing for vacation. They also supplied beach towels and a cooler if thoes are needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were nervous given it was new - but it was well stocked, clean, with plenty of room for our group. The beds were very comfortable and 3 bathrooms were convenient. The location was great - just a short walk to the beaches and town. We enjoyed morning walks to Nubble Lighthouse, also. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, there is a nice deck and sitting area in the back with a fire pit. Scott was very easy to work with. We all said we would stay there again.
