Close to Short and Long Sands Beach.



The Space:

This cottage style, custom built townhome was build in 2021. Situated in a rural neighborhood area but close to both Long Sands and Short Sands Beach ( .6 miles.) This is the perfect place if you want quiet and privacy yet you want to be close to the water, shopping and restaurants. This cottage includes a fireplace (not currently in use), hardwood floors, a full bath on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor, central air, washer and dryer and your own yard and paved driveway.

Private entrance and on premise parking.



The Neighborhood:

Located a short walk to Short Sands Beach and a short drive to Long Sands!



Getting Around:

A car would be good to have but you can certainly walk to many things!



Other Things to Note:

During the months of July and August, the cottage is only rented on a weekly basis, from Sunday to Sunday. During the off season, there is a three day minimum.



The cottage comes with all amenities except linens and towels. You may rent linens and towels from us for $250. Please inform host. You may also click on the additional fee for linens, and the host will get that message.

Beautiful!

Caddy’s Way was the perfect stay for our family vacation. Centrally located to all of York’s entertainment. The house was clean and communication with the host was exceptional. Will definitely seek out Caddy’s Way for future stays. Thank you!

Beautiful Spacious Home in Excellent Location

Had a comfortable stay in a beautifully renovated home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Private, but close to Long and Short Sands. Plenty of space for the whole family. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

Loved it!

Great property and location to all York has to offer. We’ve been coming to Maine for 20+ years, and loved our stay. The house was close to downtown York and the beaches. Was in a quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay! Would recommend!

Great time in York Maine

House location is great super close to downtown and to the two beaches. Check in process was easy and host was very accommodating for our large group. One note for anyone staying here is to make sure to bring extra toilet paper/paper towels and trash bags as the ones provided went quickly. Overall great stay and would go back.

Great house

Perfect for our family trip. Great house and location. Only issue was the charge for sheets and towels. I’ve never stayed in a rental with no sheets or towels with an alternative of being charged so much. Very odd. Otherwise it was good.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a wonderful week at York Beach. The house was new so was very clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. It is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood yet was in close proximity to both Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches. The property managers were very responsive. Can't wait to go back!
