“Room was very clean, warm and tidy. Front desk staff were helpful. Evening meal was excellent, we had roast dinner. Only slight negatives ; pillows were lumpy and the bathroom tiling & bath seal could have done with slight attention. But they did not affect our stay.”

Vi saknade dock en sax i köket, och duschen hade några småfel - dels läckte det handhållna duschmunstycket något och dels var plastskärmen längst ner på duschdörren lös så vi fick sätta dit den själv. Hade varit behändigt med en något större soptunna samt en kompost för matavfall, och en återanvändbar disktrasa. ”

“Amazing price for what it is, I was taking my 1 year old to visit her dad for Christmas time and needed a kitchen to be able to make her food the added bonus of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer was super helpful. Rooms and communal areas and staff were always helpful and nice and there is always someone at the desk to help. Also as I was leaving I struggled carrying my daughter and our many bags and the cleaner took time to help carry some of my bags down the hallway to the lift this was above...

“Very clean and well kept, bathroom feels new. AC works. Quiet despite central location. The Indian restaurant is good. However, the most important TV channel BBC News Channel is missing. Odd since there are 94 other channels showing soap operas from the 1980s. And, more importantly: breakfast is very poor (especially for someone with dietary needs) with one important exception: The scrambled eggs is actually made from real eggs and tastes OK, very rare these days when hotel chefs are cutting...

“My wife and I stayed at the DoubleTree in Leeds for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and comfortable, featuring a vast, comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located, within a reasonable distance from the city centre, and we really enjoyed the lovely views of the canal from our room.
