“It's very conveniently located north of Toronto with immediate access to the TTC subway across the street. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff. We opted to extend our stay by two days. The breakfast is great and hotel seemed very quiet. The only criticism, if there is one, would be that they need to update their televisions so visitors can sign into their preferred subscription sites. A second waffle maker may also be beneficial. It was a great stay overall.”

“Big ball of black hair in my bed. Asked me if I wanted room serviced during 2 day stay and no servicing done. Had to call down several times for everything to be brought up. Cleaning ladies were very pleasant though.”

“We were very disappointed in the hotel. The rooms didn’t have security locks on them. They weren’t very clean. Mold in the bathrooms. The furniture was dented and old. Our first room a/c didn’t work, our second room the a/c was minimal. The pictures of the property were very deceiving. The rooms were very large and the staff were very polite.”

“Excellent stay. Staff were very helpful with everything. Room was very clean. Bar staff were Excellent. I would 100% stay again.”

“I booked this property after reading all the 10 ratings. That's a joke. Non of the door in the apartment close properly. Dryer was full of wet towels and bedsheets that we need to end up drying separately and folded ourselves. Check in process was very confusing and no one was at the lobby of the property. I definitely would never book this property again.”

“We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid a high price, and we were told that the hotel was fully prepared to welcome World Cup visitors. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that at all. One example was the towels provided in our room. They were old, badly worn, and torn into several places. We even took photos as evidence.
