“We stayed in the King suite and are very thankful our plans changed and we didn’t have all four of us and our dog or we wouldn’t have fit. The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk. We understand the renovations were happening but would’ve appreciated a different room considering we didn’t have our pet and were placed right next to the construction area. It...

“The staff was very friendly quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of selections from yogurt to eggs. Enjoyed or stay”

“Absolutely disgusting room The carpet was horrible I wouldn't even put my luggage on the floor. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The shower was filled with black mold and all the faucets were coming out of the wall . The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. The towels were stained and disgusting..The only plus side is that I didn't wake up with bed bugs ”

“I had a great stay here! It's a really cool house, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy. Check-in and check-out was easy. The breakfast was great. The staff is super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Would not allow me to obtain a room because I lived too close to the hotel. Forget about a staycation. Given that information at the last minute (check in) it was impossible to get a different room for the necessary time frame on such short notice. This was a disappointment as Best Western was always a go to for a staycation. ”

“The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!”
