“The reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though:
- he didn't even check.
- a couple that he helped before me got to check in.
- when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied...

“Sea view all new furnishings down to carpets, brand new shower ect all been refurbished smells lovely and looks modern, we did have a breakfast but I found meal cold but still ate it,receptionist called liz really nice and helped us throughout.
I would certainly return.”
