“Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and good breakfast. High chairs for my toddler. Close to all the major sites. Two things that can be improved: parking information prior to arrival and room cleanliness (it was fine but details like hair in the bathroom and dust under the bed are a bit icky). "Terrible experience. Couldn’t sleep all night, because of the itchy bed. Same problem for stepmom in room number two the same night. Neighbour parking is a scam, stayed there 5 minutes and got a fine. No warning from the hotel. The standards is very old and worn down. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. Also, I was only met by arrogance when addressing the issues. If I could give a review with minus score I would."
