âThe hotel was probably very nice 100 years ago. It is still charming but in need of A total renovation. The hotel is old, worn and neglected, but unfortunately the rooms are also dirty. Cobwebs and dust. Torn sheets and flies in the bathroom. It smells more or less everywhere. Unfortunately there is a lot of seagulls that pooped down the windows and they have nests outside. Nice and helpful staff in the reception, especially Barbara. The breakfast was not great. Manny who lived at the hotel...

âA fantastic hotel in a great location. Easy to find with ample car parking at the rear. Warm welcome at reception and friendly efficient service. Room was immaculate and very well maintained. âWe had an excellent stay whilst attending a concert at the open air theatre. The room was clean with everything you needed, a well stocked tea and coffee tray with biscuits and two bottles of water. There was also toiletries in the bathroom although we used our own. The bar itself was great, lovely choice of drinks and food. Great band were playing on the Saturday night, great friendly atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning was first class, lots of choice and well cooked. We wouldnt hesitate...

âIt was just me and my son for an overnight stay. I hadn't paid for a sea view room and ended up with a large corner ensuite room with free tea/coffee,(Kettle). When we left the room the door wouldn't lock so went to reception to report it,in the meantime I went to get my car as I'd got a space in the hotel car park (very limited spaces ÂŁ6.00 for the night).Back at the hotel they gave us another room a sea view with no extra charge. âThe reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though:
